Update: We sold this property summer 2016 to bring the capital back to Richmond.  Through a 1031 Exchange, we purchased two additional properties locally; Starbucks & JAK Salon at 400 N. Robinson , and Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint at 5810 Grove Avenue.  You can read more about that here:
