A tear down/ground up development is always fun, especially when we create a building that emulates the existing construction from the early Twentieth century; implanting new concepts in that building. This former gas station had to go through a complete site and soil rehabilitation. After a clearance from DEQ, we were ready to begin construction. This was also a qualified project located in Virginia’s Enterprise Zone. KBS Construction turned the site around in a remarkable 90 days. When you have the right people involved on your team, a job like this goes much smoother.
