We purchased 5810 Grove Avenue in the Fall of 2016 with the 1031 proceeds from the sale of an Oklahoma City property.  Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint is a Harrisonburg, VA original and a very successful local chain.  They are currently expanding throughout the mid-Atlantic region and we are thrilled to have them and thus another property on Libbie & Grove in our portfolio.
