In the summer of 2016, we sold our Starbucks drive-through that was located in Oklahoma City.  Using the advantages of a 1031 tax-free exchange strategy, we brought the capital back to Richmond, VA and purchased two exciting replacement properties.  We are thrilled to have another Starbucks in the portfolio and Jack Brown’s is a great addition to our restaurant lineup.  You can read more about that here:
