Growlers To Go was a concept brought to Lion’s Paw in February 2014 and although Charlie didn’t know what a growler was, he had Google and after some research and discussion with the company’s founders, he said, “hey if it’s good enough for other states, it must be good enough for Virginia”. Thanks to new ABC laws Growlers To Go opened to wide appeal in December of 2014 and services folks from all over the region with 54 taps and over 100 bottled beers, ciders, and wines.
